As a Registered Site User I can comment on posts so that I can engage with the author and the forum community

Acceptance Criteria:

When I read an individual post I can see a "leave a comment" section
I can add a comment
I see a message that I cannot comment if I am not logged in
After commenting on a post I get a notification and I see my comment
