As a New Site User I can see a paginated list of posts so that I can navigate the site easily

Acceptance Criteria:

I can see a list of 5 posts per page
I can use next and previous buttons to navigate

Tasks:

Add pagination
Add buttons
Add sample data with at least 6 posts
Style pagination
