Add an option to the Swiss system

The Swiss pairing system does not allow you to play the same opponent more than once. As a result, some Swiss tournaments come to an abrupt halt due to the impossibility of proposing pairings for the next round. This happens quite often in internet tournaments with Swiss system (tournaments with few players, players who drop out of the tournament along the way, etc.).

Idea: In the parameters for creating a tournament in the Swiss system, we could add an option that authorizes multiple pairings against the same opponent if there is no other possibility (a checkbox in the settings). This would make it possible to always offer pairings for the next round. I think this option would be a welcome addition to the Swiss system for online tournaments (the Swiss system is primarily designed for "serious" IRL tournaments).
