It would be awesome if the Nestopia core could support building Linux arm64 releases.

I have a bunch of generic linux aarch64 builds here: https://github.com/hunterk/libretro_builds/releases/tag/Linux_aarch64

There's not currently one for nestopia, but I just added a recipe for it, so it should hopefully be there this time tomorrow (when the next round of builds happens).
