Add Approvals when a new User has registered. #1

When a new User registers on the platform, one (or more) Company Admin(s) should approve the new User before they can add orders etc.

breakdown:

show feedback to the visitor after registration. "Your registration was submitted for approval. You will be noticed by email."
add a team page with existing and new users
show approve/deny button next to new users
send a mail with the decision to the new user
