use granian for wsgi

Consider using https://github.com/emmett-framework/granian for your wsgi server. More proven and this library can then focus more on the web framework functionality.

Looks interesting, a PR is welcome. I looked around the crate but haven't found an obvious way to launch a WSGI app. They seem to have pretty extensive Python wrappers.
