I have the setting "Enable SDK WiFi Auto Reconnect:" enabled in the Tools -> Advanced page:

When I go on the page Tools -> Info the "Enable SDK WiFi Auto Reconnect:" is always show as false (also if it's enabled):

The question was more like build date :)
But I have already found it and will be merged soon.

On a very very FRESH build but the bug is "old" since "Enable SDK WiFi Auto Reconnect" was introduced.

Just built a Custom build using this change and:
