Yesterday, I've found inconsistent ring of a resumed storage-node which does not always happen. It's a timing issue. In this case, the node did NOT run correctly but executed resume-command on a manager-node, then this issue happened.

I'm going to check and fix the mechanism of synchronization of a ring.

In addition, from stop to restart a node which never happened.
