Remain objects after finished data-compaction

I've found this issue when I tested the auto-compaction with deletion of a bucket.
So measure of this issue is leo_object_storage need to block deletion of objects during data-compaction because the target object is already stored into a new container prior to removing an object.

The data format of leo_object_storage is log-structured file.
