As a developer
I want to use the platform-services poc with microk8s
In order that laptop, VMs, or EC2 machine instances can be used for experimentation

A strong possibility exists that microk8s support will be migrated to minkube due to lagging support for Istio in microk8s

microk8s appears to have gotten some attention and has been upgraded to 1.3.x

Now that we are using LetsEncrypt with Istio microk8s might be delayed until a solution without host name verification can be used.
