I have a 32:9 monitor, and I use this HUD (I am in love with it).
I personally have some issues with any TF2 hud, specifically with HUD elements being tied to the left/right of the screen. Unfortunately, a lot of these elements are outside of my line of sight, so I have to look far away from my crosshair to see these things.

A great place to put these items would be their normal 16:9 locations or their 21:9 locations, whatever the user would prefer.

Could you provide some examples of which panels are out of view?

Sure. The killfeed and chat are the main culprits, in my experience.
