[New Feature] Deadlines

CRUD of a “deadline” concept.

As a [user] I can manage deadlines.
A deadline it's an event that will happen on a certain date.

The goal is to visualize important events and how much near is the event.

In other words

It's like having a small calendar that shows you only the dates that matter to you.

Why

The user can achieve this feature using works (they have an end date).
But I think that's not enough.
I don't want the user to create a work just to keep track of a deadline.
I feel the need of a simpler way.
