Can confirm this. Also, the Homebrew package has been updated to v3.2.8, which results in this when you run

Sorry that version has been removed due to a problem with installing it on Windows. I think it should be resolved once the website builder runs, but I'm not sure for Homebrew, maybe it needs to be manually rollbacked to the previous version |
Same happened on Winget (Windows package manager). It lists an update from 3.1.24 to 3.2.8, and points to the already-removed installer. |

All the download links are not working. Neither pointing from the app nor from the website - these links, e.g: https://objects.joplinusercontent.com/v3.2.8/Joplin-3.2.8.dmg?source=JoplinWebsite&type=New which redirects to https://github.com/laurent22/joplin/releases/download/v3.2.8/Joplin-3.2.8.dmg is broken. The /releases folder is not available
