find scdd in debian

I'm buildin latte in debian buster. In debian scdd and scdd_gmp executables are in /usr/lib/cdd-tools/. I tried configuring with --with-cddlib=/usr/lib/cdd-tools but had no success

Looks to me like a packaging bug in Debian.
