Set the Pay Type as Editable Amount with 0.00 amount settings:

Enable the Fee Saver and select your terminal:

Click on More Settings and enter the Approval and Cancel URLs under Page Forwarding. Enable Approval Send Post:

Go to Field Settings and check the following boxes:

Go to Billing Information and check the following boxes:

Click Save

Copy the token listed on your Helcim Payment Pages Dashboard, you'll need it for the plugin configuration on WooCommerce:
