[Feature Request]: can choose your own file extension when using custom generation

Feature Description

Hi

i really like the laravel idea code generation feature which let me create files very quickly it would be nice if we could generate other than PHP files like CSS and JS etc

currently, i am using the custom generation to create CSS & js files in resources/css & resources/js respectively empty file
but the extension is PHP it would be nice if, in the custom generation, I could also set the extension

also right now all custom generations are project-based it would be nice if we could make the global if we need to
