How can I install the tool plugin difypkg in the offline version of dify?

I downloaded langgenius-agent_0.0.7.difypkg from the marketplace at https://marketplace.dify.ai/plugins/langgenius/agent. Then I want to install it on the locally deployed offline Dify server (version 0.15.3). How should I operate? I can't find the entry to upload plugins in Dify.
