pdf file upload in workflow: allow users to choose whether to delete the local storage

The file upload feature in the workflow is excellent. For PDF URL links that require a download, could it support parsing the file and then deleting the local file storage afterward? Alternatively, could a toggle button be added to allow users to choose whether to delete the local storage?
