Elixir Port for Langchain

Hey! Firstly, big fan of Langchain, and have been following you folks since its inception.

I've been using Elixir in production and got stumped while using OpenAI for basic tasks, the ones that would have been simple enough in Langchain. If I wanted to write a port for Langchain, how would that work in terms of attribution and other things.
