Petition functionality

http://drupal.org/project/citizenspeak : sends an email to pre-configured recipients by admin. But ui is not good.

http://drupal.org/project/campaign - email to the recipients.

petition node: does not send email. Just only maintain the statistics of the users signed.

http://drupal.org/project/activism - does not send email to any particular. Has auto sender to the person signed the petition. Good module to consider if we does not need email to be sent to some authority on every signature of petition.
