Dashboard & extra functionality for members

The team members will be having few extra functionalities after they logged in to the site. They should be provided in a block or a sidebar and should be easy to use.

Currently logged in members get a dashboard. This should be integrated with 'MyAccount' and myaccount button should be provided. The dashboard should be one of the sidebars in the MyAccount and should be default tab.
