Integrate with Prometheus-Operator/kube-prometheus-stack

Does anyone know how/if this would work with Prometheus-Operator/kube-prometheus-stack?

My initial thought is it's incompatible but maybe I'm missing something obvious on how the preprocessing could be integrated

I'd say it's incompatible at the moment. You can still use it to manually capture the output of overridden rules from this tool and up them into the PrometheusRule object.
