kuma-cp api's /meshes/{mesh_name} endpoint doesn't work

Summary

• http://localhost:5681/meshes/ returns all the meshes
• http://localhost:5681/meshes/default does not show the default mesh that exists
• http://localhost:5681/meshes/default/dataplanes but we can still view the dataplanes for that default mesh

Steps To Reproduce

1. Port-forward the control plane on port 5681

$ kubectl -n kuma-system port-forward ${KUMA_CP_POD_NAME} 5681
Forwarding from 127.0.0.1:5681 -> 5681
Forwarding from [::1]:5681 -> 5681

2. Go to the localhost url http://localhost:5681/meshes/default
3. API Endpoint returns the following JSON
