unlable to login when configure dex openldap #237

Loading

installed kubevela core via helm , and enabled addon dex, and only configured openlap.
but when try to login kubevela ,it report like "Failed to parse authorization request: Unregistered redirect_uri ("https://kubevela.ops.XXX.net/callback\")."
