Generating secret from literal removes trailing quote

Describe the bug
When using the secretGenerator with literals a trailing quote " at the end of the value will be removed from the value.

This issue is similar to #4233. It was also fixed by PR #4242 and released in kustomize v4.4.1.

Just checked with v4.5.7 and it is fixed!
