AWS claims that one needs at least verions 1.23.13 of the AWS Go SDK, and #1172 actually upgraded to version v1.23.12. Weird, version v1.23.12 is not even mentioned in the CHANGELOG was this an internal release?

Maybe 1.23.13 includes a last minute fix. Feel free to make a PR for updating to the latest version suggested for the IAM feature :)

I am closing this as it looks like it should also work with v1.23.12.

@alex-berger @mikkeloscar the support actually landed in v1.21.0 and fixes in v1.23.2
