We recently refactored the getting-started section of the docs. As a result, some links give a 404 when coming in from the Kubeflow UI, blog posts, GitHub repos, bookmark,s and other places. (Example.)

We should add redirects to catch links coming in from outside, and also fix all links within our docs, for all the pages that we moved in PR #1051.
