/kind feature

I'd like to support multiplatform container image (amd64 and arm64), same as kubeflow/katib#1900 so that users can run on arm machines such as NVIDIA DGX Server with Grace CPU.

Yes, we need to add parameters to Dockerfile and configs for Github Actions like in Katib.
