Access to KatibUI svc in Minikube example #250

I tried to follow Minikube example for Katib and can't get access to KatibUI svc:

$ kubectl -n katib port-forward svc/katib-ui 3000:3000 &

I believe we should add this line to deploy.sh file in Minikube example:

kubectl apply -f ../../manifests/vizier/ui

Like we have in this deploy.sh.
