Kubeflow User Research Interview Template

This issue tracks the interview effort of Phase 1 of our user research roadmap. We need to do two things:

• Create a user interview template to conduct interviews
• Look into best-practices to ensure we conduct interviews in a safe and compliant space, protecting user data and capturing as much valuable information as possible.
• Schedule interviews with some of the respondents from the user survey Kubeflow User Survey - KubeCon Paris #708

We are already late wrt the initial timeline. The new goal is to complete the first two tasks by the end of May and then run a couple of interview (mostly to validate the approach) in June.
