[1.0.9 mac] GUI doesn't autohide in input mode

gui does show up properly when mouse goes over.
however it does not hide whenever the mouse is still or outside of the area.
actually looks like there is a visual feature that for some reason doesn't always work.
apparently it doesn't auto hide when being in input mode? it seems to be somewhat random :unsure:

Old issue, but @Juesto I had the same issue, then @kritzikratzi told me about pressing Tab to toggle the GUI.

@ffd8 yeah but it persists and does unhide itself after tab is used, it's a oddball
