bullet is currently at 2.81 while ammo is only at 2.78.

Mainly interested since 2.79+ includes a new convex decomposition algorithm in Extras: http://bulletphysics.org/Bullet/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=7445

newer = better?
