No ring notifications on Android

Bug Description

Fluffy Chat client (tried last two latest versions).
No ring notification. The bell comes, but nothing on screen pops up.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Logged in
2. Call from another user
3. Hear the bell, but no pop up to answer the call
4. Tried both latest versions
5. Tried both video and audio call
6. Tried uninstalling reinstalling

Using it with Synapse Matrix server with NTFY

Works perfectly with element-android app.

Expected Behavior

Pop up screen to answer the call

App Version

1.22.0 and 1.23.0

Yes could be, but in this instance there is no visual representation with buttons to say "answer" or "decline" so you cannot answer the call.
