Session exporting and importing breaks encoding of room names #1543

Bug Description

When you export the session and import it, the names which contains cjk names get broken.

Steps to Reproduce

Make a room with cjk characters
Export the session and log out
Re-login by importing the session
Broken characters

Expected Behavior

Session exporting and importing must not cause encoding error
Room names should be able to re-generated by the chat log

App Version

1.23.0

Additional Platform Information

Galaxy S23 + One UI 6.1 + Android 14 + F-droid Release; Archlinux + Firefox developer edition from archpkg + fluffychat.im/web
