This might not be desirable for mobile but a guide is provided for integrating Tailwind CSS with Ionic Framework:

https://capacitorjs.com/docs/getting-started/ui#tailwind-css

There you will see that it is recommended to use Konsta UI which has a tighter mobile-friendly integration with Tailwind CSS, but I don't really want to give up Ionic Framework.
