-> Pull code
-> build/test
-> build containers
-> deploy

Master does a full deploy
Any other branch all build steps + unit tests.

@npearce-kpmg FYI, created a task for Sikender and I to track work.

Completed and functional for dev (eliminated out the various kinks in the system)
