Touch Panel with Scrypted / Can it run on Android?

Anyone has a good touch panel product that can be mounted flush on the wall and run Scrypted? This is for an building with 160 apartments and will be used for the IP based intercom system.

Following criteria is wished for:

• Run Scrypted
• 2x LAN (ideally, so it can connect to the building intercom and apartment LAN)
• PoE
• extra points for KNX compatibility

An ideal solution would be this touch panel:

Unfortunately it is based on Android and not Linux, so it cannot run Scrypted.
