Crackling sound on raspberry pi #2

This issue is only when kolibre player is run on raspberry pi. When book playback is restarted after commands eg. play/pause, increase/decrease playback speed a crackling noise can appear. This noise usually stops if playback is paused and continued again.

This is a known issue and is being worked on: raspberrypi/linux#320

This issue is fixed in firmware commit raspberrypi/firmware/commit/98e3be3a7e0ec7d4a86e8edb2177bd8e2bb8728f

Update local firmware in image by adding the following to conf/local.conf:
RPIFW_SRCREV = "98e3be3a7e0ec7d4a86e8edb2177bd8e2bb8728f"
RPIFW_DATE = "20140202"
