Great on bread with butter.

- 300g Miso
- 6 tablespoons mirin
- 50-60g sugar
- 3 tablespoons water or sake
- 1.5 teaspoons vinegar
Stir all the ingredients together until the sugar has dissolved. This will keep in the fridge more or less indefinitely.
