Overlay and Wayland information.

I am aware that wayland situation is kinda rough at the moment. I am creating a list of links that can be helpful when the eventual wayland support happens. (I will populate this list with more things as I find them)

Ways of creating overlays on wayland since there is not global positioning

• Use a wayland shell layer. https://wayland.app/protocols/wlr-layer-shell-unstable-v1.
  Create a window same size of the screen as a shell layer and pass through all inputs through it.
