Kubernetes v1.25 deprecation tracking

Opening this as an umbrella to track the various deprecations in k8s v1.25: https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/using-api/deprecation-guide/#v1-25

Note that not all of these may impact us / still need to fill in the details / etc.

Each of these only seems to be used in generated code (see links below), which I'd assume will be removed when we bump the k8s deps... so looks like there's no other work required
