This is the last blocker before the creation of the kiwix-android dedicated git repo.

I think that in a first time, we should keep the compilation script on Android side. We would then just include kiwix-lib repo as a git sub-module and adapt compilation stuff on Android side. Later it might be possible to move that directly to this repo... but I'm not sure this is the smartest move because the compilation tools are anyway needed on kiwix-android side to make APKs.
