When running buildozer android debug, if I used an Android API Level of 27, it says that I don't have pkg-config installed (I don't know if I do and I've tried apt-get installing it yet it won't work). If I used an Android API Level of 19, it works but in the end it says that I need an Android API of 21 or above. How can I fix this?
