Buildozer issue with latest Xcode/macOS

I use brew to install the latest packages for my mac. I keep having issues with trying to build Kivy using the toolchain. I am going to cross-post this to kivy-ios as well.

I learned that it was because my file-system was case-sensitive, which caused the issue.
