Presplash does not work with "android_new" as target. #380

I set presplash.filename in my buildozer.spec.

# (str) Presplash of the application
presplash.filename = data/presplash.jpg

I also tested it with a png image, but just show a black screen.

Presplash work with "android" (old toolchain) as target.

This should be fixed in python-for-android's master branch.
