Buildozer installs platform despite setting ndk & sdk paths #220

I set both android.ndk_path and android_sdk_path, then run buildozer android debug. It then proceeds to install the platform.

It might be due because even if you have ndk or sdk installed, the version doesn't match the one required by buildozer or your .spec.

Reopen with the full log if possible to confirm or debug your issue :)
