Search - Missing properties for processes of newspaper issues and periodical volumes

Describe the bug
The processes of newspaper issues and periodical volumes, which are created in Kitodo.Production 3 do not contain any properties (template, workpiece, ...).
Thus, the processes cannot be searched by the information of the properties like title, call number, document type, ... Searches on "process property" are always incomplete.
For SLUB Dresden, this is quite severe, as we often search for processes by document type, internal project-ids, and other information.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create processes via the calendar- or via +-icon
2. Go to process list
3. Click on "edit"-icon of the processes of a newspaper issues or a periodical volume
4. See template properties, workpiece properties

Expected behavior
The processes of newspaper issues and periodical volumes should contain properties according to the processes of monographs, manuscripts, ... which are created by catalog import.
Then, a complete and correct search with properties across all processes is possible.
