Deduplicate quick start guide content happening for each platform

Currently, we have separate, full blown quick start guide for each platform, which means, if we want to add something generic, we need to do it for all of them, so they may quickly get out of sync.

We should have one generic quick start guide and refer to platform guides for more details.
