Per dependabot alert #7, gitpython <= 3.1.29 is vulnerable to exploit. This
package is a dependency of bandit which is currently being used in out Nox
testing. See PyCQA/bandit#976 Bandit is considering
dropping the dependency, if possible. No fix planned yet.
