Group column data and multi row header

It could be a greate feature if we can group cells in specific columns and/or we can use more than one row in header.

I will consider multi header and footer as an enhancement. Grouping rows and columns will break a lot of other features - so will check this later if I get time.

Module has been upgraded to release v1.5.0. The grid now allows you to add custom header and footer rows above and/or below the default grid header and footer.
